In 2011 when the Occupy Wall Street movement started gaining steam, I noticed that they had a real problem communicating their message. Like many, I believed there was (and still is) a major problem with our financial system and a huge lack of accountability and punishment for white collar crime on Wall Street. Through Twitter, I came into contact with Philip Winn (@blulaces), and the two of us began writing slogans for the OWS protesters. We turned them into placards and handed them out in Zucotti Park to the protesters. Our posters helped spread the word at the time, but the system is still corrupt and broken.
